Sunday arrival day.
Fly in to Bali DPS where our representatives will be waiting to pick you up for transfer you to your accommodation. Our camp is based in Canggu, Bali´s hottest destination, known best for its health and fitness. Your transfer is a smooth and easy 40-minute journey.
New arrivals will be coming throughout the day – you may have already ‘met’ through our WhatsApp or Facebook groups - but if not, you can be assured that you’ll be making new friends throughout the day – many of our guests travel on their own – it’s a very social experience and, if you are a solo traveller, you soon feel part of the new group.
Monday Intro Day & Start Training
We start off the day with a healthy breakfast where you can choose from a variety of fresh fruit, eggs, oats, smoothies and more.
Our coaching team will then conduct an intro session to run you through the timetable. We cover training, excursions, introduction to the area and run you through our Exclusive Training APP. This is an opportunity for you to identify your own personal goals for your time at Ultimate Fitness – our coaches will guide you and, if you’d like to take measurements and set specific targets this is the time to do so.
We mix it up, so it never gets boring and the support from the trainers and fellow attendees provide great motivation. This is an opportunity to take advantage of an impressive roster of international trainers. For the all the packages you have a great combination of training sessions in the resort: Body360/Circuits (high cardio), Movement, Boxing and more throughout the week. As well as the resort classes if you have the pro or a deluxe package you have access to CrossFit classes and extra yoga Monday to Friday and lunch from the delicious menu. There is open gym access in the afternoon as well as 2 classes, although you may take this time to hit the beaches or explore Bali.

We offer several different types of training styles that will benefit you in different ways:
This class is based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to your body. It’s a great way to start your day, stretching your muscles from the day before and helps prepare it for the day ahead.
Ultimate Fitness has sourced and worked with some of the top practising Balinese yoga teachers. It`s a yoga collective, meaning you will most likely have a different teacher each morning. This is great because you get to try out different styles, and each instructor has their own strengths all of which complement the training wonderfully.
The yoga takes place as the sun is coming up, with views over the rice fields before breakfast. As this is in our training area right next door to the resort, it couldn`t be easier to roll out of bed and launch into your training regime.
Body 360 Sessions/ HITT/ TRX CABLES
Body 360 training, combining cardio and strength exercises for a full body work out. Run for just 45 minutes offering high intensity with small rest periods. These are a great way to lose weight and workout in a fun, supportive group. We use a wide range of equipment including battle ropes, TRX straps, medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells and body weighted exercises.
In this session there are several stations set up with various exercises. Moving from each station whilst working out different muscle groups, you’ll work hard and test both your cardio and strength. Working both individually and, for an all-round challenge, we also incorporate team workouts within some circuits.
Is a ball-shaped weight with a U-shaped handle, Kettle bell sessions are whole- body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilisation.
Boxing is used to get fitter and strengthen your muscles. Using boxing drills and techniques the class consists of using the boxing bags, pads and getting in some kick boxing in. A lot of upper body work, cardio and working on your core.
Crossfit & Metcon (Excluded on lean)
If you are new to cross fit you don`t know what it is: Cross Fit uses functional movements to deliver explosive workout sessions. Crossfit is constantly varied executed at a high-intensity rate across a specific time, with the stated goal of improving fitness. It has caught on massively over the last two years, and for good reason, it is very effective.
The Bali Bootcamp undoubtedly has the best cross fit package included from all of our boot camps. And this is partly due to the fact we work exclusively with one of the best cross fit gyms in Asia.
The instruction is 2nd to none, plus the atmosphere is fantastic. Do not be surprised to be working out with Some of the top cross fit athletes with gold medals at the cross fit games. This is just in addition to the already fantastic training programme that you will be undertaking with Ultimate Fitness.
Another opportunity for an early morning session, delicious breakfast and then you can access the different training classes as per the timetable discussed on Monday. On Tuesday we go visit a beach club in the morning between 11-2:30. There are also some fabulous excursions and social activities organised throughout the week which you may like to join.
These may include Volcano trekking, visits to waterfalls or excursions to Finns Beach Club, Balinese cooking classes and water park excursions. Local payments apply. In the evenings there is an optional group dinner, normally with drop off to central Canggu by our driver.
Wednesday morning you will have the opportunity to go explore Tanah Lot Temple or go on another cultural excursion, if this isn’t included within your package you are more than welcome to join, you pay local currency when you get there. This is perhaps the most famous, and beautiful temple in Bali. Perched on an island, overlooking the Indian Ocean where huge waves roll in. You will be back in the afternoon in time for the team workout at the training facilities at 4:00 o’clock.
Early morning yoga, breakfast and then various different training classes operate (see Monday section) as per the timetable.
Surfs up! On Friday you can start the morning with a yoga session, followed by a trip to the surf beaches. Our surf instructors will teach you how to surf. You will be back at your accommodation in time for more training in the afternoon.
If you have the standard package there is CrossFit sessions available in the morning. Usually people then head out on optional excursions or hit the beach clubs guilt free after a week of great work! Please note meals are excluded on weekends. You are able to use the in resort gym facilities should you wish.
Remember – you set your pace, whilst we’re here to encourage you, you can do as much – or as little! – as you want.
Sunday Check Out Day
Sunday is rest day, if you are checking out you will have to vacate your room by 10, but you are welcome to chill by the pool if you have a later flight. Say good bye to your new friends and hello to maintaining a new healthier better you!
Staying in a dedicated fitness resort, surrounded by rice terraces: we have shared quad mini dorms with ensuite bathrooms. Dorms are single sex with a max of 6 people per room but usually based on quad share. Aircon is included in the rooms. There is a refreshing pool in the lush garden .
