Itinerary

Day 1: London to Paris via Dover and Calais

Welcome to the first day of the best trip of your life - we’re calling it early! After a few pleasantries in London, we’ll get the show on the road with Paris in our sights.A few hours in and your jaws are on the floor already. These chalk cliffs that edge the English coastline are known as the White Cliffs of Dover, the first of many natural beauties we’ll see on our trip.After we ferry across the English Channel for France we’ll arrive in Calais, where we will take in the history of World War 1 battlefields in the Valley of the Somme.Kicking off night one, we arrive in none other than the lust-worthy Paris! It's straight down to business with tickets to the observation deck of the Montparnasse Tower.

Day 2: Paris

No time for lie-ins - today, we’ll be waking up in the city of light, love, and eternal elegance. The day is ours to explore, unearthing the city’s trendy side with its hidden coffee shops and super fashionable boutique stores. Why not take to two wheels for a spot of sightseeing, or seek out the best picnic spot for lunch? In the evening, our Free Time Add-On Cabaret Show and dinner will keep us highly entertained.

Day 3: Paris to Lucerne

We’ll tear ourselves away from Paris today, with one more croissant for the road. Taking the scenic route, we’ll cruise past the picturesque vineyards of Burgundy before arriving in luscious Lucerne.Switzerland, we have arrived! Cameras at the ready, we’ll get clued up with Swiss life as we discover the charming Chapel Bridge and the fascinating Lion Monument. All that sightseeing has given us an appetite, and our hotel dinner will see us dine on Swiss culinary delights.

Day 4: Lucerne

A whole day to enjoy Lucerne - when did we get so lucky? In a land inundated with irresistible chocolate and breathtaking natural wonder, our options are endless. Test out your yodelling abilities at the top of the Swiss Alps complete with a folklore show, keep it chill with a Lake Cruise or simply gorge on cheese fondue, the choice is yours.

Day 5: Lucerne to Milan

It’s time to wrap up our Swiss fantasy and cross the Alps chain to the fashion capital of Milan. As if insta-worthy mountain vistas weren’t gobsmackingly beautiful enough for you, we’ll also be passing the celebrity hotspot of Lake Como before arriving in Milan.Ciao Bella! We’ll throw down our anchor here in super-chic Milan, where Italy’s fashionistas and divas alike come to strut their stuff. We’ll tick off some bucket list sights with a visit to the famous Milan Duomo, Galleria and La Scala.

Day 6: Milan to Rome

Up and at ‘em, travellers - this morning we wave goodbye to Milan and hit the road, our sights set for the Italian capital of Rome.No need to pinch yourself, you’re really here in Rome, also known as the eternal city. First thing’s first; drop off our bags and hunt down some authentic Italian gelato, fuelling us for an afternoon of exploring. With a special access Rome sightseeing tour, we’ll jump the queues and get up close and personal with the city’s famous monuments.

Day 7: Rome

Rise and shine, Rome awaits us! Today will be a whirlwind of Roman architecture and bucket list sights as we uncover all of Rome’s key features, from the Colosseum to St Peters Basilica, and even the Vatican City. Not enough? There’s also the option to head back in time and discover Rome of the Emperors and Gladiators.

Day 8: Rome to Florence

With our bellies full of gelato and our camera memories full of gorgeous snaps, we’ll bid ‘ciao’ to Bella Roma and journey north to Florence, Tuscany’s capital.Ah, Florence. If there was anywhere in Italy to experience la dolce vita, it’s here. We’ll get the low down on what’s what in this sun-kissed Italian gem on an included walking tour of the city with a local expert, with plenty of free time to explore and shop in between. Tonight, we’ll let our taste buds discover the city with an optional Tuscan dinner.

Day 9: Florence to Venice

Florence, you’ve been a dream, but today will see us push on to the romantic city of Venice, crossing over the breathtaking Apennine mountain range on the journey.We’ll arrive in Venice in high spirits, ready to take on the city. We’ll jump right in, catching a motoscaffi across the canals to the main island for an afternoon of exploring its unique Venetian charm. Opt for a Chichetti Walking Tour, or even a quintessentially Venetian gondola ride to gain a new vantage point of the city.

Day 10: Venice to Salzburg

Oh Italy, we miss you already - but Austria calls. We’ll head to the picturesque city of Salzburg, passing the Dolomites as we cruise to the border with Germany.Here in Salzburg, the city made famous by ‘The Sound of Music’, we’ll be blown away by colourful houses, lush green pastures and enchanting city squares.

Day 11: Salzburg

Today is ours to enjoy all of Salzburg’s delights. The options are endless; take a guided tour of the city with a local expert to uncover its wonders, or perhaps jump in the car for a drive through spectacular scenery and out to visit a Schnapps Distillery, topped off with a delicious local dinner. Mmm.

Day 12: Salzburg to Vienna

Salzburg, you’re a city like no other - but it’s time to hit the road again. Next up, we travel east to Vienna, a city full of culture and vibrancy.Here in Vienna, we’ll be greeted by Baroque streetscapes and trendy coffee shops, it’ll be pretty hard not to fall in love instantly. With so much to do and see, we’ll take a city tour, sailing Sachertorte’s as we go. An optional dinner and classical concert will see us spend the evening in high spirits.

Day 13: Vienna to Prague

Time to wrap it up in Austria, the Czech Republic is on the horizon. We’ll journey through the quaint countryside to the enigmatic city of Prague.Straight off the bat, Prague will serve us eastern fairytale vibes with its castles, churches and cobblestone streets. We’ll get orientated with a walking tour, instantly blown away by beautiful bridges, rivers and gothic architecture. Tonight, we’ll discover Prague after dark and enjoy the city’s famous nightlife.

Day 14: Prague

Today is the day we get to know the real Prague. If you’re looking to give your feet a rest, hop on a bike to whirl through the city with ease, stopping off for chimney cakes on route. The evening will see us immerse ourselves in Czech culture with an optional Traditional Czech evening, featuring a folklore show and dinner.

Day 15: Prague to Krakow

Saying goodbye is never easy, but Prague you sure knew how to show us a good time. Today, we’re off to Poland, bound for the Polish gem of Krakow.From one fairytale city to another, we’ll roll up to Krakow, ready to take on Poland. We’ll keep it chill today, roaming the charming streets of the city centre and taking in the historical sites. Tonight, we’ll discover polish cuisine at our included dinner before hitting the hay.

Day 16: Krakow

Good morning Poland! Today is all about getting up close and personal with Krakow life. We’ll cover the basics on our included sightseeing tour in the morning, and in the afternoon we have the option to see one of the city’s most famous sites, the amazing salt mines. An optional Pierogi making class will keep us entertained into the evening.

Day 17: Krakow to Warsaw via Auschwitz and Częstochowa

Time to say ‘do widzenia’ to Krakow, and make our way to Warsaw, the capital of Poland.En route, we’ll stop off at the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp for a sobering reminder of Poland’s dark past.We’ll bring the energy back up with a visit to the Southern Polish city of Częstochowa.After a full day of Polish cultural adventure, we’ll arrive in Warsaw and turn in for an early night. We’ll need all the energy we can muster to unearth this amazing city tomorrow.

Day 18: Warsaw

Warsaw is a city with a turbulent past and a super-vibrant present, and we’ll get to know it’s unique story with our included guided tour, visiting the Royal Castle and unearthing the secrets of the Old Town. With its coffee shops and cafes, we’ll indulge in Polish pastries and get to know the quirky side of this colourful, creative metropolis.

Day 19: Warsaw to Berlin

Another day, another country. This time, we’ll set off from Poland and head for Germany, bound for the uber cool city of Berlin.Willkommen to Berlin! The city full of cool culture, edgy fashion, and irresistible street food. We’ll get the low down on a city tour, which will show us the city’s highlights, including the Berlin Wall and the Brandenburg Gate.

Day 20: Berlin

It’ll be hard not to leap out of bed today knowing Berlin is ready and waiting to be explored. Today, we’ll learn more about the city’s fascinating history with a chance to do a Historical city walk. Not your jam? Why not opt for an alternative Berlin tour, showing you another side of the city. Tonight, we’ll get a taste of the city’s famed nightlife as we turn it up, Berlin-style.

Day 21: Berlin to Amsterdam

We’ll journey out of Germany today and travel through the gloriously flat Netherlands with Amsterdam in our sights.We’ll get a taste for Dutch hospitality today as Amsterdam welcomes us with open arms. We’ll enjoy an included dinner before taking on the Dutch nightlife, known around the world as being vibrant and super fun, with something on the cards to cater to everyone’s taste. What are you waiting for?

Day 22: Amsterdam incl Edam

Once we’ve spent the morning discovering the key sites, we’ll venture out of the city to discover the charming Dutch countryside by bike, where we’ll discover a traditional cheese farm and clog makers house. Nice and full, our options for the evening include an optional canal cruise and farewell dinner, ensuring we wrap up the trip in true European style.

Day 23: Amsterdam to London

It’s been one heck of a trip, but all good things must come to an end. Whether you’re ending the trip in Amsterdam or returning to London, we’ll say our goodbyes and swap deets. New adventures lie ahead!
